Pastor Mark was born in Fort Riley, Kansas (GO CHIEFS), into a military family, experiencing life across the country and abroad. Following in his family's footsteps, he served in the United States Army before beginning a distinguished career in law enforcement and security.

After his military service, Mark held various security and defense roles, including time spent as a contractor in Afghanistan. He later transitioned into federal law enforcement, where he continues his commitment to public service and safeguarding communities.

Beyond his professional career, Mark is a dedicated ministry leader. He leads Men’s Alliance Chainbreakers Tribe, a men’s ministry focused on faith, fitness, accountability, and spiritual growth. Alongside his wife, he co-leads a small marriage group for New Life La Plata and actively participates in Legacy Marriage Ministry, part of New Life Church’s broader marriage outreach.

Currently, Mark is engaged in Journey to Ministry, a pastoral development program guided by the pastors of New Life Church. He and his wife Bea, married since 2001, share their lives with their two adult children, Mark Jr. (Tianna) and Ariana.

Mark finds joy in studying and reflecting on Scripture, deepening his understanding of God’s word. In his moments of rest, he enjoys spending time by the water, casting a line and appreciating the peaceful rhythm of nature.
